We at Whitmark Inc. have, to the best of our knowledge, completed the process of confirming that Y2K will not have an adverse impact on our business. We have also formed a team to ensure that we will continue to function without interruption throughout the Y2K transition.

All primary software and hardware have been tested and upgraded as applicable.
All primary systems were tested and found to be compliant effective 07/06/98.
Key suppliers have been contacted and have indicated to Whitmark Inc. that they are compliant to the best of their knowledge, and we are in the process of surveying secondary suppliers to verify that they are compliant also. -Completed 3/99
To the best of our knowledge, we will be able to provide service without interruption during the Y2K transition.
Whitmark has continued to evaluate all secondary software and hardware, and upgraded as applicable prior to Y2K.

The following internal systems have been tested and found to be compliant to the best of our knowledge.

Payroll System - Mini Frame Hardware - Internet System
FACTS System - Production Control System - Telephone System
Cad System - Accounting System
Purchasing System - Inventory Control System
Billing System
Key suppliers

Customer inquiries and surveys are responded to as quickly as possible throughout the Y2K transition.
